"We've been with Ashley for a little under 3 years. We had renter's insurance and vehicle coverage the entire time with no claims & no missed payments or issues. My partner and I, however never got put under the same household even though we were both named on our renter's insurance policy & common law married. We never got to save more money doing this. When it came time to purchase a home, as a first time home buyer we were new to everything, but we thought we could inquire with State Farm to bundle even more since we've loved the experience so far. I requested a quote online and got a call the next day. A gentleman gave me a call from Ashley's office, I supplied the address for the home and he said "sorry we don't insure Houston right now". No reason, just this response. When we asked family members for referrals for homeowners insurance companies/agents, we were given a State Farm rep that wasn't ours. We inquired with that rep & he went above and beyond to explain in detail why state farm didn't insure our future property, and in fact, State Farm DOES insure Houston, just not our particular new home's area, however he made every effort to help us wherever he could. That's the customer service I'd expect from Ashley and her team, but unfortunately they fell short. We've never had an issue with anything, but I personally did not feel as though our customer loyalty mattered enough to go the extra mile this instance. We have since decided to transfer with a different representative that will take the time to explain things to us and find a solution when possible."
